All cookie orders will be labeled accordingly per FL Cottage Food Law. In the baking world, there is no such thing as too early to get on our schedule! Due to the scope of the baking and decorating process, cookies should ideally be placed a minimum of 2 weeks before your event. Please note, royally iced cookies cannot be 'rushed' due to the setting and drying time required for them to set properly.

Full payment is required to confirm your custom cookie order and secure your spot on my baking schedule. Because each set is made just for you, payments are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. This helps cover time, ingredients, and prep work that begin right away.

Absolutely! The pickup location is located in the Oldsmar, FL area. Simply place your order and choose 'pick-up' at checkout. From there we will email you an order confirmation and provide you with availability days/times for pick up.

If you would like your cookies to be shipped anywhere in the US, please select the delivery option at checkout. Cookies are shipped via UPS and tracking will be emailed once your order is complete. Please note: While your cookies will be well packaged and secured prior to shipment, we cannot guarantee there will not be some breakage during transit from the carrier.

Due to food safety reasons and the customization process for each batch we make, we do not offer returns/refunds, therefore all sales are final. If there is an issue with quality, we are happy to address it with you and make it right!

Our cookies are freshly baked in a 'Cottage Food Kitchen', which means we operate under the Florida Cottage Food Law. While our kitchen isn’t inspected by the Department of Agriculture, we follow the same food safety and sanitation best practices used by professional bakeries. We maintain a clean, allergen-aware workspace, use separate tools for decorated cookies, and package each order safely and securely for freshness and quality. We are also food safety certified.

Yes, our recipes include ingredients such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and nut-free almond extract. Our standard flavor profile is vanilla almond, however you can choose to omit the almond if there are any concerns due to severe allergies or preference. All cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that is not allergen-free.

No, our cookies are not dairy free and cannot be adjusted for vegan diets.
