Cookies
Full payment is required to confirm your custom cookie order and secure your spot on my baking schedule. Because each set is made just for you, payments are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. This helps cover time, ingredients, and prep work that begin right away.
Due to food safety reasons and the customization process for each batch we make, we do not offer returns/refunds, therefore all sales are final. If there is an issue with quality, we are happy to address it with you and make it right!
Printed Items
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any preprinted item within 30 days of delivery. If your item has a custom logo or name, returns are not accepted.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging.
Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
